You should all go to the James Bond Museum in Keswick, a fantastic afternoons worth of JB stuff including most of the cars - Lotus rescued from the scrapyard.

I've got some pics somewhere. . .

It has no gunbarrel sequence. Therefore, your point is invalid.

I've just tried the website, but it appears the museum shut down last year and moved to Miami along with the sister musuem Stars of the Cars.

So only Beatrix Potter and the Pencil Musuem left in the Lakes!!!

Edit: Some vehicles may be at Beaulieu, National Motor Musuem, until some time next year.

Good god that movie was terrible. Are you blind and/or deaf?

I said in my James Bond thread that Never Say Never Again was hanging out with Moonraker as the two worst bond films, IMHO.

One does not simply remake Thunderball and get away with it.

One simply does not make Thunderball itself and get away with it.

That movie was GREAT!

Ok, so James Bond does not really have its own "style".
I mean, Bond movies have been everything from blackploitation to science fiction.

Now if we say that Quantum of Solace is James Bond's "reaction" to Jason Bourne, and Moonraker is a Star Wars influenced film, than Never Say Never Again is James Bond's version of Mr. Bean, or the Pink Panther.

And you know what? James Bond doing comedy is better than James Bond in space, by far.

Ah, but it was the only one ever to have the battlship-grey Bentley, so it's the only one that is valid.

Well, it's good but... how many underwater fight scenes do you need?
I must admit, however, if you cut the underwater fight scenes down, it would be rather good.

Maybe both !

As blind, impossible to see your James Bond thread, maybe the most interesting one on SUBSIM.

As deaf, impossible to hear the praises for your remarkable comments about James Bond films.
