Good day to you my friend, my name is william cheung living in Hong Kong.
I seek your assistance in a business transaction/investment of the sum of 44.5MUSD.
I will explain more in my next e-mail when I get your reply. You will get 50% of the
total sum after we finish this business. Please reach me back via my personal address
williamcheg99@yahoo.com.hk OR williamcheg73@aol.com Thank you.
Sincerely,
Mr. William Cheung
I know it is legitimate because it does not come from Nigeria. Plus he gave me his real name.
How hard can it be to track down a Mr. Cheung in Hong Kong?

<singing> I'm in the money...

Take your time! Besides, it might take me awhile to move Oklahoma and Texas out of the way to get to the ocean anyways!

[This is a repost but anyway...]

Dear Sir,
please do not bother me with the offer of petty 44.5 million dollars. I am rich beyond your wildest dreams and that amount equates to my DAILY spending budget. As a matter of fact the time I spent to type this response has cost me about $100,000. Please, reply to this email with your whole name, address and the equivalent of your social security number so I can submit it to my lawyers.

They will be contacting you shortly with a bill in regards to wasting my time.

Sincerely,

conus00

Nice!

I usually do something similar to cold call sales people! God I hate them!

Is it genuine or not - visit my Amazon Marketplace (through the subsim link, obviously) and purchase my latest book -

How Not Yo Get Conned Online, Twice, For Dummies!

In fact, as we're friends, skip the Amazon bit, just PM me your bank details and mother's maiden name and your address and I'll do the hard work for you...

I'll take the sailboat in the first one. Much more economical and seaworthy!

You should send the reply I posted in Xabba's old thread a while ago.

I wish I got some of those...
