Hey webster, that link is broken. UBI's moderator said he is aware of the problem, and he will try to fix it soon.
However, seems his boss is out for the day, and since we're Friday, we're in trouble.
He said not to worry and that an extension is more likely. Check out UBI's contest thread to make sure:

Someone must have painted an external screenshot of mine as I've forgotten to lower my periscope on more than one occasion in my haste to surface and gun some poor SOB to Davy Jones' Locker.
