Hey webster, that link is broken. UBI's moderator said he is aware of the problem, and he will try to fix it soon.
However, seems his boss is out for the day, and since we're Friday, we're in trouble.
He said not to worry and that an extension is more likely. Check out UBI's contest thread to make sure:
