Antar, you have to let this go, man. This is a game, it's not reality.

Careful, or you'll start the whole 'what is reality?' discussion off again!

If the historical document 'Das Boot' has the boat tied up with rope, then it's good for the game.

Ok, guys. It's not a rope but a line. U-boats, like other ships sre secured by lines, to the dock, pen or whatever. The picture shows only one brow line. It should have another brow line near the stern and two spring lines running from bow to the dock near the stern and a stern spring line running from the stern to the dock near the bow.

The spring lines prevent the boat from moving back and forth.

A rope not attached to anything is called a rope. The moment you attach it to anything it's called a line.

Menner, alles klar?

This is no rope and no line...
Remember it? 02/2010 ubisoft-tv...

But it is no question about reality.
This is no question what this man keeps.

The question is: WHERE ARE THE DYNAMIC SHADOWS?
This is not reality - this is graphical bug, Neal...

But seriously:
I want to show as many errors as you find. Not for game criticism.
For attention and improvement - to the final product was better.

Regards,
well isnt it still too early?

we are seeing bits and pieces of stuf from the past as well as the latest stuff so we really dont know if what we are seeing is real at this point.

i think we have to wait for "real" screenshots from the game to start picking out the flaws, otherwise its not accurate or fair to judge.

1. Perspective I think
2. At the real there were 50 people on boat. If you wait for modders, you will see the small church with many people like on this screen:

Nice example i was thinking the same thing long time ago. I mean in the screenshot i dont get any hints the half of the crew are sleeping what soever.

As long as we're all in a nitpicking mood - this pic is not the Das Boot torpedo room, why are we comparing it to SHV torpedo room?

Because we don't have all the information we want.

What information we lack on SH5, we shall create in our own minds. Once we imagine it, we post it here. The very act of posting our deranged imaginings gives them a life all their own. Even if posted humorously, someone will take off with it, and start posting as if it were true.

For example, if I were to post a screenshot with a T-Rex inserted on the bridge, we would soon have someone creating a thread asking why the devs put a T-Rex on a Type VII, when everyone knows that the T-Rex wasn't included until the Type XXI, and they need to correct it to include the historically accurate Velociraptor for they Type VII.

Okay, now I totally want to see a screenshot of a t-rex on the bridge. Bonus points if he's wearing the white cap.

Just a quick one:

The lack of crew on deck is not a bug. They were eaten.
