Stock SH3 bug. Usually it was flower class corvette which used to blow his arse with it's own depth charge

GWX minimized this event to almost nill AFAIK.

I remember on our fourth patrol we stumbled on a convoy in a storm and one of the escorts depth charged us at periscope depth damaging the upper works of the sub. then I heard my crew cheering like they do when a torpedo hits or we sink a ship and I though why are the doing that.? then I looked in free cam mode to see the destroyer engulfed in flames blazing like a funeral pier. we surface and proceded to make quick work of a tramp steamer, small merchant, and Nipiwan Park-type Tanker before deciding to cut our losses and split. We're no sure what class of destroyer it was as SH3Commander didn't list it as a kill(it listed that we sunk a flower corvet but we sank that with our deckgun in the same convoy). though if I remember corectally it had a squarish stern I think.

I ran into a group, if I remember right, of four destroyers. Two of them ran in circles and dropped charges simultaneusly over our position, After several drops a third destroyer got into the act and sailed right into the target area.

Agout twenty depth charges blew the third destroyer right out of the water.

I recall when I went harbor raiding, I noticed a destroyer chasing me, ran himself aground in tight quarters, and giving me credit for sinking it...

I did hit it a few times with the deckgun (enough to tick it off, but not to sink it), I dunno why else I would get credit for AI stupidity.
