Hi!
could anyone of the more experienced modders explain to me what I'm doing wrong? I tried to alter the tga files found on the data/Body/Body01/OFF_TGA and POS_TGA, tried with GIMP and Photoshop and different bit (24 and 32) settings, but when I try, some officers (presumably the ones assigned the altered tgas) will have no textures at all! They are completly black or white ![]() Cheers! |

I don't know. You must open TGA file in Photoshop for example and when Your work with texture is over You should save texture in 24 bit.

i know this might sound stupid, but when I want to change something on the uniforms, or whatever, I copy the .tga file to another folder (create a new one somewhere). I open it with Irfanview 4.23 and save it as a .bmp file. I open the .bmp file in 'paint', make my changes, and save. I reopen with Irfanview and save it as a .tga file. Copy and paste back into original folder.
