CONFIDENTIAL - For commanders eyes only

We have recived worying reporst of unusual activity from BDu recently. Most noteably involving Balz and Heinz Buder. specifically with Balz only reciveing an Iron ross 2nd Class, for an outstanding partol, where he should of been awarded a Knights Cross with Oak Leaves (in our humble opnion). Regarding the incident with Herr Buder, he was strangley sent to a grid devoid of any shipping (CG44). Following this he sent a mesage saying he's of to Las Palmas for some "R&R".
Our conclusions have led us to believe that the only possible explanation for this, is that Beranrd has somehow got a top level postion in BDu. This can only lead to things going seriously wrong, and require that all commanders send us information on similar occurences, which we will investigate.

Waste of transfer BDU's eggs are already scrambled.
I know this because of where they have been sending me.
My crew is now fireing at whales because there are no ships & they do not want to return with a full load...
