I would like to practice tracking a ship using sonar-only manual TDC.
I have had NO luck with this mission editor. Would someone perhaps already have a slow, single merchant approaching from some distance already created that I could use for this? I'm using Sh4 1.4 .......many grateful thanks in advance. Rick |

Ahoy.
I got the addon so im running 1.5 but, CapnScurvy, who's done the Ship Centered, Accuracy Fix has also a High_Realism_Mission up in filefront, I suppose thats for version 1.4. From the readme: Code:
High Realism Tutorial Practice Mission This mission is compatable with JSGME if you wish to load it through its mod enabling feature. Just place the "High Realsim Mission" folder into the JSGME "MODS" folder in the root directory of Silent Hunter Wolves of the Pacific. Activate as you would any other mod. Or, you can place it directly into the game by opening the downloaded High Realism Mission\Data\SingleMissions folders and copying the folder named "High Realism Test with Nippon" directly into the Silent Hunter Wolves of the Pacific\Data\SingleMissions game folder. The practice mission will have you at periscope depth with the approaching target ship at about the 70 degree bearing. |
