Default The Wolfpacks aren't coming

Okay, so I've been trying to finish the Western Approaches campaign, but every second patrol on the convoy route sees me being sunk. Now, it would be nice if there were other U-boats there to help otherwhelm the escorts, but every time I send a contact report, I'm told that there are no other boats in range. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there something I'm missing?

Hmm. Oddly enough, a Wolfpack was formed when I sent a contact report with no contacts. So it does seem to be workingm just not when I need it to.

Is there any way of changing the chances of forming a Wolfpack? That would come in handy.

I memory serves me well, when we discussed the u-boat radio call for reinforcement patch (or whatever is called), TDW planned making wolfpack spawning chance user configurable

wolfpack spawn is aroun 10% if i remember as well

"The percentege chance BDU will send a contact report back upon receipt of a contact report from player". You will find this in Option file editer under "radio".
This may regulate the wolfpack spawning, or?
