Default [Continuation] Harbours adds , terrain fixes and u-boat pen mod.

When asking for a mod one day a subsim member once asked me why not stop whining and mod your-self? Although i suspected the guy being an ******* he did have a good point there. Allthought i think its hard to mod crew managment on the level of sh-4 for sh-5 i feel compeled to add my contribution to sh-5 and the mod community for all the wonderfull mods i,ve been givenh by "god" and who knows maybe allong the line i might even look into crew managment. But for know i must get into the mod at hand so stop the bull**** and get to the point right? Well i will . A while ago my good frend hansolo 78 started a mod adding the much missed band/fanfare at port (thank god for love from the homefront) and lowered the piers which were so high it looked like they had to load/unload the uss enterprise or something. Also he added the momuments and a brige at kiel and changed the terrein surrounding the port. Unfortunatly due to personal reasons the mod was not finished but he released it in an unfinshed state. I spoke to hansolo and asked him if i could adopt he,s mod and finish it and he said yes. But i wish to take it a step further and i wish to work with the u-boat pen als well so we can maybe have some other u-boats in the pen and possibly add some more dockworkers to the rest of the pen so we can have something like we say in the das boot u-boat pen scenes. So i will try to continue Hansolo,s work and take it to the next level . Since i,m yet unfamliar with his files and must orientate myself with the mod situation i might take some time so this mod will not be (re)released any time soon. However since i nolonger have a job as of now i have loads of time on my hand so time will not be an issue. Ill keep you updated and here is a link to hansolo,s mod for the status quo

Yes i was thinking the same thing. It i remember correctly they had them in a Sh-3 ,supermod.

Would it be possible to import your Flak Guns MOD into SH5 to place around ports?

@Oscar19681
If you plan to work on the Sub Pen, do you think you can cinsider turn cage in the back of the sub pen into a Office with desk, bunks and filing cabinets?

Well this would require me to do 3-d artwork and import it into sh-5. Since creating 3-d stuff and succesfully importing and placing into sh-5 is still work in progress i think it will be hard to do. Also i have no 3-d artwork experience it will make it even harder.

Look in "Silent Hunter 5\data\Interior\CaptainRoomGE".
The Models already exist but Textures are missing from SH5.
Textures can be pulled from SH4.
SKWAS S3D 3ditor can be used to list/assign required textures.
