Torpedo damage 1.5x or 2x / TORPEDO +25% more powerful

Looking for these mods by CaptainKobuk. Anyone happen to have a copy saved? Old posted links don't work and of course megaupload is down. Didn't find them on the D/L page here.
I would prefer the 25% http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=111785
But would settle for 1.5x http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=110828

Presuming they are compatable, used to have the drive to edit the .zon / .sim files, not anymore. Btw I like the fleet boats, but imo the fish stink. So if your a realism nazi how about keep your opinion out of it, I want to play the game the way I want to not the way you want to.
