New guy checking in from Indiana.
FNG checking in here for the first time. I'm REALLY new to the SH sim game, after coming from CFS2 and FS2004. I have SH3 & 4 installed and running well so far. I find them quite immersive. So far the only thing I have managed to sink is myself, so I guess the learning curve is steep.
I do have one question: I D/L the patches 1 through 4 from the Ubisoft site. But when I try to install them I get a message that says it can't find the the game installed and to install a earlier version. Is that normal. I have the game installed in the default location. Thanks. |

Welcome aboard stoney65! I'm originally from Indiana myself. If you just purchased the SH3 sim, it is most likely already patched to v1.4. You can tell by looking in the lower right corner of the main screen.
