Trouble with textures

Hi. I got a small problem with installing new skins in the game. I used JGSME to install the USS Thresher skin for Tambor class. The overall sub look changed a lot, but the thresher shark and the jap flags never appear on the tower. Anyway, whatever skin i choose to install, the whole sub changes, but whatever thing is painted on the tower in the textures, they dont appear in the game. I have 1.4 with TM and RSRDC. I test the textures with quick missions on all available dates with Tambor class subs and nothing changes. Also, I select and deselect all the time the "use normal textures on ships" (or something like that) in the graphic options and restart the quick missions but no changes. I cant see anything painted on the tower of my Tambor! Help me if you can please...
