Which Daleks are better?

I prefer the new Daleks, as the colours make it easier to distinguish between ranks.
I remember watching the two Peter Cushing movies, and dreaming up different ranks for all the large, multi coloured Daleks!

No, I much prefer the old Bronze ones, they look more like war machines to me than the Mighty Morphin Power Daleks. Although they've lost a lot of their fearsomeness over the years, and the size of the plot-holes in the last Dalek episode of Moffats...well you could drive Skaro through them. In fact, most of Moffats stories have had me scratching my head in bewilderment at the holes in them. Pity, really, because he has done some good stories, 'Silence in the Library' and 'The Empty Child' were quite good, and 'Blink' was good. However since he took over control of Eleven his writing has suffered IMHO through trying to cram too much into too short a time and as such leaving giant plot holes that one hopes he'll resolve further down the line.

Yeah, but I find the Bronze Daleks are getting really, really boring.
I saw this video on youtube that has a cool new Dalek design:
They should make those ones!

I thought that you were asking about the original ones or the ones created by davros. I prefer the original story!
But previous to the "power ranger daleks", color daleks appeared through the show, mainly the leaders/emperor, etc.

(written at the same time that Oberon post).

@Oberon, yes, but the last two episodes were quite good!

Indeed so, the best of the seasons so far IMHO, which is why I am sort of looking forward to and not looking forward to tomorrows episode. I'm sad to see Amy and Rory go (especially Amy), although I'm interested in how they're going to be written out and how the Angels will be treated...but I'm also aware it's a Moffat script...so I'm also not getting my hopes up that it won't be a crazy blur with a sudden stab of tragedy at the end. I mean, they've been dropping enough hints of a dark end to Amy and Rory over the past two eps.

@cybermat I prefer that design in the video to the remade design. It's a nice mix between the new 'shiny' design and the war machine style of the Bronze ones.

Thanks! whoever designed it deserves a medal!

On another note, I quite like the idea of the new Daleks being an officer class!
