This was caused by some MOD(s), that's why I've posted it in this section... Have a good laugh

That is a realy secret mod, you can only torrent it.. it is about 4 Gb size

Means its an illegal download. Devs did that on purpose. Using a No CD patch or an otherwise cracked version results in the bug eyes, and other misc weirdness.

Well, I do use a no-cd crack, yes (no need to scratch my precious!).
I've gamed 1.1 and 1.2 without any "problems", but that big eyes effect came just today after I've installed a new mod which fixes some issues on widescreen monitors (I'm running SH4 at my new shiny 22" Samsung).

Looks funny with the big eyes and flat crewmen, can this be in retail version of game? It will give some of my little cousins a laughter or a big fright to them.

I can tell you it is the NoCD too. Go back to the original exe and use the disc, no more bug eyes, even with the new mod. I had no issue with 1.1 and the nocd.
1.2, no go. But I can say I have not seen any more bug eyes or evil eyes with original files. I run many mods too, with no issues.
Just give it a try
