I've never found an HMHS Britannic for SH3. Same for Lusitania (I've always considered NLUS_ a kind of Aquitania despite her name). For sure, both are not implemented in this shipyard.

For the Britannic you can do an skin for your Titanic (the TIT ship...). Not identical, but for SH3 it will work.

Some small news from WIPs!

1) With the outstanding texture work by flush_deck, i've cloned the lookouts\crew library from The_Frog, in order to have crew members with british uniforms:

Cumberland, Norfolk and Danae\D cruisers have been reuploaded with this new small library and updated eqp files. It will be an included feature in all next RN releases.

2) There still a lot of work to do, but Warspite is slowing taking shape. Secondary guns' places, latest floor of command tower and a lot of other details still need to be remodeled, but works are in progress:

An example of latest modifications: the upper hull part after the catapults has been totally redesigned, now it's raccording on the x (stern\superfiring) main tower like a triangle, original model followed HMS Queen Elizabeth design, with spaces for 4,5 inches dual guns.

3) Another release is near; York class heavy cruiser HMS Exeter is under final tests;

Just few words to explain the delay for the great units from my dear friend VonDos.

My S3D is off for several month now, and I don't know why..:hmmm:
I've tried all the tricks to solve the Problem but nothing work..

So I need to reinstal all my computer with XP operating system to see if it could be back. This is my last option so I cross finger and hope it can work again.

But for know I can't push on the texture work. It's the reason why VonDos delay the release of all those models

Sorry for that, I make my best to solve that quickly :Kaleun_Salute:

In 2008, my FIRST modded military unit (escluding a beta for Aquila carrier, really bugged and soon replaced), after some ocean liners models (Aquitania, Queen Mary...), was a HMS Warspite. In fact, this was something really simple, a Revenge hull with some modified parts (sternwalk, different casemates configuration) and Nelson's conning tower.

We are in 2025, and my today's release is, once again, HMS Warspite's model. And this, and dozens of other mods, exists thanks to the old one, thanks to SubSim community's help, thanks to a lot of good friends who, in latest 18 years, helped me with every challenge i faced in order to mod, and have fun with mod, with not so great models, but a lot of great time spent in this.
Some of their names are into credits of all the ships in the shipyard, some aren't included because they just gave me an idea, an inspiration, a suggestion.

This is for all the "Co." in VonDos & Co.

EDIT, i've reuploaded HMS Warspite with an improved .zon file; thanks to Fifi for this! He reworked hull's .zon configuration (original one made the ship too easy to sink with a torpedo near the bow or the stern).

HI! I never tested all ships in GWX-KC, BTW they should be OK in theory, they use vanilla or included libraries. BTW, my suggestion is to test them enabling via JSGME, adding one by one. So, if there's any issue, you'll be able to find what ship cause something. Just for be safe.

During years I've used them with almost all megamods, including GWX 3.0. No problems found, so...

great! thank you for that. In GWX KC I'm really missing the great Atlantic liners. Never once have I run into a liner sailing fast and alone (of course I've sunk Aquitanias but those were in convoys) from the RND layer, in any mod, so I dream of it happening. I'll get Queen Mary + Queen Elizabeth + Empress of Britain + SS America/West Point installed! I think I've found some old .mis files for them, but if anyone can point me at the best/newest ones, I'd be most grateful.

Eagerly waiting for this one ! This class played an important role in WW2, but was never correctly modeled for SH3. And she's not modelled in WoWS...

Well, this is what i call a "really long-term plan".
I guess priority will be given to units that have served in the Atlantic Ocean scenery, so, yes, some American units are on the menu. But sure this will not be this year, maybe not next year too...

But this is a pre-2007 game, after all...
