[REL] MP/SP MISSION: HX-84 AMBUSH

Probably some of you saw this mission before, but I want to share it with all the community here

.

This is my first mission I ever created myself. I created it to be playable both as single mission and multi (for 4 players).

Title: HX-84 AMBUSH

Briefing:
TIME OF WOLFPACKS HAS RETURNED. CONVOY HX-84 IS HEADING TO LIVERPOOL. WARSAW PACT NAVY HAS PREPARED AN AMBUSH. NOBODY KNOWS HOW MANY SUBMARINES WILL ATACK. US NAVY HAS BEEN ASKED FOR SUPPORT IN THE DEFENCE.

Generally:

On Warsaw Pact side you have to chose one of the platform:
1) Victor II - task: sink a convoy
2) Alfa - task: protect Victors

On NATO side:
1) Strugeon - task: protect a convoy
2) OH Perry - task: protect a convoy

mission is available here. You need to have RA 1.40 to play it.

I really like that picture showing the platforms!

I played this one with Jacek a few weeks ago, it's pretty fun! That Sturgeon likes to shoot a lot

It's playable with DW stock or with MOD ?

After playing the scenario

some conclusions came to my mind. Also Pepe gave me some ideas for improvement. So new version of the mission is released.

What changed:

1) Victor I changed to Victor II
2) Arleigh Burke changed to Spruance class (no EMCON)
3) Add air support for Warsaw Pact side
4) Small changes in messages

I hope that we will find time to check this version of the mission.
