Well this is a new one on me.

Looks like the air attack knocked the colour out of them and yet the crew went on with there duty.

Those eyes actually look more normal than the eyes of my "normal" looking crew.

That last pic is scary! Even with the textures missing the sh4 crew still manages to creep us out.

I find that most of the graphic glitches go away if I minimize the game and bring it back up. I haven’t seen that one yet, freaky.

I have the sames shadows too sometimes. Always after take damage. Probably the crew is hurt or dead?

Nah just a graphical anomilie. A restart will most likely fix it.

Ive seen it too but on my rig it only lasted for a few seconds and yes it was as the lights were flashing when taking damage (depth charge in the water.... close aboard !)
