You should be playing that vanilla with no mods . Should take about 10 minutes to play . Once in the bunker with the green tick , quit the game and enable the mods . Start a new career skipping the tutorial . Enjoy .

I did all that before i installed the mods. Seemed as though every time i started a new campaign, without editing careerhistory.cfg and deleting previous stuff it wanted me to do the tutorial again.

That said, i had to uninstall again because i was having really weird stuff happen....modifications applied before my first patrol were not being applied. I had purchased a large deck gun and before that tried to purchase the camouflage but it wouldn't apply. Not really sure whats going on.

So you tried to purchase the large deck gun in Memel ? Probably something to do with OH2 in the bunker before the war starts . I really don't know . Try again at Kiel LOL .

I can't even get past that mission yet! Pretty hard with real navigation and such. Its really getting frustrating trying uninstalling and reinstalling everything to try and start off fresh all the time lol

Real nav is not hard or I wouldn't use it . Use the pilot to take you out of Memel . Once he is off the sub just head in the direction you want to go . Press C to bring up the compass and click on it to change direction . I has taken me 2 real time days to finish the first Baltic mission and get to Kiel .

I just noticed a bunch of changes....does this mean i need to re-install again?! Also, whenever i delete the first (and only the first) position fix from the real navigation script i get a python error. It doesnt crash to desktop but it hangs, and if you alt tap you see the error box...if you click "ok" it will continue without further issue (at least thus far).

Reinstall the game ? No . Start a new campaign ? yes . Just click on the mod enabler and click on Tasks/ Load mod profile to enable the mods in the correct order .
Why are you deleting the position fix ?
