Congrats on another fine year of being Subsim!
I am taking the rest of the week off work in celebration. And also because I have unused vacation time that I will lose if I don't use it. BUT MOSTLY FOR SUBSIM! |

There was also the 2010 SubSim meet in Groton. You don't need me to tell you about SH5.

Wow! I didn't know there was an annual Subsim Day.
That would have been back in 2008. I remember it was shortly after I started my current job. Really glad I got out of tech support before that happened! Edit: 2008 was also the year Hurricane Ike tried to wipe out Subsim. I don't know how the site went during that time (what with no power for a week), but it did do some damage to the Cavalla.

Sure, but I'm a bit rusty
Congrats, well done and keep it up, Neal (at least for the next six years)

Congratulations Subsim!!
As fast as websites come and go, this place could be considered ancient! Do we qualify as a historical site yet? to Neal |

Well, I can't speak to the historical aspect, but we got hysterical covered.

Congratulations to Steve and the entire SUBSIM crew! Maintaining a successful submarine simulation review site, while ensuring such a high quality and helpful community is a difficult act to follow and I dare say there are few such dedicated forums out there.
Here's to at least 12 more! |
