What are my options for crew management in NYGM 2.2 as i dont like the constant micromanagement by moving my crew with mouse? :hmm:

Use SH3 Commander to turn the fatigue off altogether.

You could also set the 3DRender= to say 32 and then at 64x no fatigue will occur.
