How can I config SH3 so that fatigue freezes when I enable high time compression (like in stock game).

Anytime you're at a higher Time Compression than your 3D Max TC you'll freeze fatigue. As mentioned above, SH3 Commander makes that a snap to setup.

Actually, I love the fact that I can disable fatigue in sh3 commander. It is just so boring to toggle those idiots around, and I really doubt a kaleun suddenly would find his torpedo guys to be exhausted in a critical situation in real life.
