Individual mods

What has happened to the supply of new mods? Half the fun of playing this game over the past 18 months or so has been in installing and testing and trialling the new mods that kept appearing at a regular rate. Since the advent of the big supermods like Grey Wolves these smaller mods seem to have dried up, or am I looking in the wrong place? or perhaps all the obvious ideas have been exhausted? I still rate RUB as the ideal base upon which to add mods that simply appeal to me. I note that the mods list on this forum seems to be inactive.
