Is it worth tu burn 3000 points for a VIIC i have a VIIB now or should i save 7500 for the IXB, hard to se on the data how much better VIIC is then VIIB

My understanding is that, although at first glance, the VIIC doesn't appear all that much different than the VIIB, the VIIC is capable of having more upgrades installed than the VIIB is. I'm not positive about that, but that's what I've been told by others.
