Upgrade to new card and no clouds in SH3

Help! I have upgraded to an Xpertvision GEForce 6800 GS and now when I play SH3 there are no clouds at all, even during storms. You can see lightning and rain and stormy seas but the sky is blue with not a sign of a cloud anywhere. I thought it was a driver issue (I was using Forceware 84.25) and upgraded to the latest Forceware drivers but I got the same results. Has anyone had this happen to them before? Any suggestions?

PS: Does anybody know of a third party modded forceware driver that would work with my card?
