Default Why do I keep ramming the Submarine Nets

I am coming out of port at the start of a patrol, using the Grey Wolves Supermod. However I keep hitting the anti submarine net that the mod has introduced.

What am I doing wrong, and how do I get past the net.

Thanks

May the wind be always at your back

IIRC you need to follow the ship in front of when you start. It's your escort out the harbor.

Also, there are pull down maps in the upper left corner of the map screen that show where the firendly mines and sub nets are.

In general, staying in the centre of whatever channel, bay, or whatever you're in keeps you safe. Nets and mine fields are pretty much always close to shore.

Yes I get the same problem only i think right when the mission starts--is that the case here too? It sounds more like an F-18 flying overhead but i thin it is just a really loud subnet noise...only solution I found so far is to turn the volume down till the sound finishes, no damage though.
