Attack Scope to Conning Tower key?

I read in the community wiki that if you press Keypad0 it'll "step back" from the attack scope to look at the scope in the 3D conning tower view. This would be great, since I use the conning tower to pre-open my torpedo tubes often, but have to go to the main cabin, find the ladder, climb up it and than open them.

However I'm using GW and Keypad0 doesn't seem to do anything at all. With NumLock off it raises the Observation 'scope (INS) but with NumLock on nothing happens.

Does anyone know how to restore that key or know what key is bound to Enter Conning Tower 3D view please? Thanks!
