Default Changing ROF of auto cannons

You serious modders prolly already know, but I figured it out on my own.

The settings for recoil time/ recoil distance are the ones that need to be edited.

I actually thought about this while at work- I've a fair knowlege of firearms in general, and knew that cyclic rate is based on the time from fire to return to battery, with action travel distance being a major factor. This is why a 9mm can rip out 3 rps, while an M2 Browning might get 1 out. And why the powered multi-barrel types have effectively zero lock time, hence the ROF of 6,000+ rpm.

Using the "Tweaker" util, found the lines in the "guns' file and played around a bit.

Hehe, it *IS* kinda fun hearing a c/38 at chainsaw mode. :rotfl:

I did notice one thing, though- I'm not sure UBI is using the actual ROF for the c/30-/38 weapons. I'll see if I can find 2 guys that have the historic data and report back.
