Sonar distroyed

I recall JScones ,posting a band-aid fix,for the glitch,when you use renown to install Sonar.When you come aboard for departure on patrol the CE. announces,sonar destroyed.sure enough click on crew screen/radio room,damage shows sonar destroyed new out of box?what goes????

JScones advise, "Download Cmdr R2.6. It includes the fix and is also the latest version with many other new features".

I am using, SH3Cmdr26.exe same download from www.users.on.net , Application 20.4 MB Get the latest: SH3 Commander .Where do I get R2.6 ??? also,I do not desire the sabotage program included and have forgotten how to delete that feature option.
