Default Anyone know why my comp would be slowing my DSL speed down?

Well, I got DSL monday, and I'm supose to be getting 768K down, and 400-something up.

Here is what dslreports.com says I'm getting:

90 / 361

Your download speed : 90 kbps or 11.2 KB/sec.

Your upload speed : 361 kbps or 45.1 KB/sec.

The DSL people came out here and said I'm getting 800- something down and 400 something up, at the back of the modem. We replaced the modem... no change.

They are saying that the problem is my computer. Any ideas? (XP home, BTW)
