How to change officer voice, please ?

Hello, I think this is simple, but I cannot check now, at work.
As I remember, there in SH3/data/sound directory is 9 subdirectories with
voices (ogg files). So, now I have nice crew (first patrol) and I want to change
my engineer and sonarman voices.

So, what i need to change ? Probably some .cfg file from "My documents" SH3,
but which one ? Voices are bound with crew names or not ?
Can I change some line of text in some .cfg file just like that to have different voice ?

Sorry for probably trivial question, and for my english too :-)
