New signup procedures

Neal I have noticed that there are a larger number of spammers than ever registering and putting up spam. there is one in DW MP Matchup advertising links to animal porn.

I think you migh have to beef up registration with some sort of referral system or validation by e-mail, eg you have to approve them or the mods.

I'm checking, not sure I want to have to approve all manually, we get quite a few new signups daily and it's hard to tell who is legit and who is not until the spam. Right now, Mighty Gizz has been PMing me daily with spam reports and I zap the spammer and his posts.

If you ever see a spam post more than a day old, let me know. Even Gizz sleeps (I think

).
