Wow, well I suppose in a pince he could have dragged himself to the sea with the chair, painfully and slowly and let his nuts shrink again.

If you were "molded" to the chair, and you tried to move, wouldn't the slightest move be painful? I sure wouldn't want to try dragging myself and a chair to the water.
