Default Type XXI pics

Does anyone have any close up shots of the type XXI? I've only seen a photo of one that's in Bremerhaven I think but no interior shots.

I find this boat quite facinating and well ahead of its time and it's a shame there's not much information on it.

I was just visiting the XXI in Bremerhaven 4 hours ago. I took several pictures. I will try post them later.

Keep in mind, the interior is not completely original, especially considering the boat was refitted to be a test vessel. Among other things, I noted only a small portion of the original electric motors were still in the vessel and on display.

Wow, great photos Logruspattern55. Thanks. I never knew there was an XXI still afloat let alone one as a museum with tours. You photos will give the modders redoing SHIII Uboot interiors something to work with.

Great pics, I had seen some photos of this sub that were posted a while ago, but these had more detail.

Thanks for doing that.
