Transfer subs?

Hey!

Is it possible to move U-boat types to other bases? If so how? Ex: I want the 2nd flotilla to use the Type II and Type XXI, maby a Type IX to the 11th and 29th and so on.

Can it be done? Yeah I know it's not historic but I want it anyway. Please help!

Thanks! After hours not understand a thing I manage to give the 11th and 29th a IX boat... No luck with the XXI
