NYGM + TDC + SimFeeling Mod Problem

After taking a break until Commander v2.6 came out, I have been trying to get my mods back up to snuff. I have finished everything except for one thing. I need to update my SimFeeling and TDC mods to be compatible with NYGM. I'm trying to forgoe having to make all of those changes to parts of different files. I seem to be having only one problem that needs to be fixed. After installing the mods, on the crew screen, the changes that NYGM uses to the crew setup aren't there. Specifically, slots that are not supposed to be used are now visible, and when I put a crewman in these slots, he doesn't get blanked out. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanx in advance.
