Transfer to France

Under Grey Wolves when does transfers to France happen? Prior to Grey Wolves it was between the 9th & 13th patrol that I got transfered to France. Date wise I am in June 1940

Probably won't happen until August-September as they still have to "build" the sub pens for the western coast of France.
