Silent Hunter 111 crashes

I have reaches jan 1945 in the sim but each time that i now want to return to base the sim crashes with a warning from Microsoft that it needs to close any ideas as to the problem ?? thanks Bobbanker

Are you running stock? sh3 1.4b? any mods?
