You can sink German ships already....just don't expect the brass to be very happy 'bout it....

nice site thanks for the link---

this may be up your street as it were--

a heavily modified type IIa sub modelled by myself to resemble a Brit sub---a tadge generic but it's still an experiment at present--all works well enough tho-- it's playable--so you can sink jerry to your hearts content--

follow the link to my site for the download--(see below)

thanks CB i will give it a go
u-boats u-boats u-boats
people seem to forget the English subs
one book i read told the story of a real
English sub that fought in the atlantic and
then went all the way to the picific and fought
there including attacks on land base's using its main
gun now somthing like that in silent hunter 4
would make a good game

I've actually realy warmed to the idea of having a Brit sub as that was where alot of Aussie submariners served from what I have been able to read, not alot of info out there that I have found but I think Ian McIntosh was a Captain of a S class.

Yes have sank the Bismark in a single mission game
When I first got the Scharnhorst and her sister I added them to the Bismark mission along with the Tirpitz and all the Hipper class cruisers

She didnt get sunk by the RN that day :rotfl:

After watching the German heavy units pound the RN into the sea I attacked them all
Took me 2 fish to get her heavily listing and another 2 to finish her off
The cruisers took a lot less
Tonnage was well over a 100k just a pity all friendly

Now I have the Renown,Hood and Prince of Wales might have to add them to the mission to even things up - might even send the Graf Zeppelin out to provide air cover
