What do Star shells do ??
Other than produce pretty sparkles.
I understand what HE ( High Explosive) and AP ( Armour Piercing) are -- but when ever I use "Star Shells", I may as well be firing lumps of hot coal at the enemy.  They dont do much to a C-Class or a Flower Corvette -- so what are they for?
