Default First Task Force Report

Hello All,

I just had a quick question; I’m on my 13th patrol and its 1940. After finishing up my patrol orders and had sunk a good amount of tonnage I decided see if I could pick off an easy target coming out of Gibraltar. I saw a liberty cargo but couldn’t attack it cause it was speeding off and a destroyer was in my area. Anyway, I decided to leave and just as I was about to hit the open ocean I got a report of a task force heading into the Mediterranean. I decided to double back and I made it past Gibraltar and to the position it was sighted. Took me 2 game days to reach the location where they were reported. My question is, what should I do to intercept this taskforce? Do they ever dock at ports and if so which ones. Do they usually take a specific loop? Or should I wait near Gibraltar and try to catch them when they try to exit the Mediterranean? Id like to intercept them if possible since this is the first reported task force of my current career.

(I dont use any mods that would change their routes or anything like that)

In the narrows. Everything has to pass through the narrows. Hang around the sound side of the mouth of gibraltar, and you'll have TFs rolling right over you. They continue on into the Med - i think some of them go to Alexandria. I've had convoys disappear at the port of Gibraltar. I usually hang around the west entry because it's too hard to get to the east. And, if you're operating out of Spezia, then you an intercept these same TFs at the junction of the east and west arms of the med (narrows due south of Spezia).
