Hello everyone. I have noticed that as usual the subject of cheating gets people all fussed up. Well since i payed for a lot of money for this game and only get a few hours to play a week (maybe one campaign mission if i do not die). I was hoping somebody here might know of a few mods that i am looking for.
Unlimited torps No damage to sub. (for those times where you just need to do something fast, like the wife calling you for dinner for the 10th time ![]() ![]() No rough seas(i like sneaking up to ships and wailing on them with the deck guns) For those of you who want the TOTALLY realistic gameplay and have the uber amount of hours to do so then hey great more power to you. But for me i spent 40 bux on a game that takes many hours just to get into a harbor sink all the ships then get sunk by a destroyer ramming you cause the water is not deep enough to get away. I got into new york harbor sunk all the ships there then was on my way out and got sunk by a destroyer ramming me while it was still on patrol (not hunting me) Lost 3 hours of that campaign not to mention the uber amounts of tonnage. Thanks in advance if anyone knows where i can find those or if you can make em. |

Some of those things you can do yourself without "modding"; You'll have to do some editing to the '.cfg' files though. Adding extra torps is relatively simple, and so is adding extra gun ammo. The weather is still at the whim of the gods, but there is a way to 'hold' good gun weather- you simply stay ingame untill it comes along, then "save game" there- exit and reload that save. Now, you'll have to 'ride' that weather by saving every 3-4 game hours, then restarting after the weather breaks.
If you want, i can post an example edit that you can manually copy into your .cfg file- You might lean something along the way, too ![]() |
