If you have mods installed (ie NYGM) and you try to play multiplayer with a host that isn't modded is that possible?? Alll I have done is add NYGM and when I try to connect to a host I CTD everytime. I have a backup of my data folder from before the NYGM mod just incase, is that indeed what is causing the issue??

Solved my own problem.... put the old data folder in place and it worked.
