How to display RSS feed from site A on site B ?

How di I display a RSS feed from site A on site B ?

I would like it to be updated real time, so not only when page is refreshed.

What are my options ?

Outsource to China, hire one Chinese for 1$ a week, get him to type everything he reads from site A to site B, in real-time.

Just located a nice tool that generate the code automatically. Check out:

http://www.internetwerkt.nl/feed2js/build.php

Just enter the feed url, look and the preview, and if you like it generate the code, Works like a charm.

But I am wondering if a ticker style fee is also possible.

Well in China they use "Simplfied Chinese" while the rest of the world uses "Traditional Chinese" so it maybe be difficult to read exspecaly if you only understand English...
