Default Any news regarding a next patch?

Is there any news or plans for a 1.04 patch?

So I guess that mean no.... no plans for a new patch.

*sigh*... Bummer

On a side note: I hope the retail selling and Europe release of DW helped SCS achieve its predicted sales numbers...

I'm sure a new patch is coming out but I'm also sure they are taking their time with it, because there are numerous difficult issues to fix.

Bearing in mind I have absolutely no contact with SCS but I'm pretty sure they are fixing the wonky dive control, which is probably much easier said than done. Also necessary to fix is the very very bad Kilo narrowband cheat. Those two issues alone would create some work.

There is also other stuff I'm sure they are working on. Just let them work and we'll probably have another patch within a few months time.

Reminds me of my Senior Engineering project back in college. Had the darn program theorized, planned out, and programmed in 3 weeks, but then spent the next 7 months trying to bug-fix the darn thing... . Such is modeling/programming.

But hey, they're professional programmers right... should be a piece of cake...riiiight? :p

When will they go for an SCu multiple drivable platform option? If they started with submarines first it would at least be a step.

I don't think they've ever publicly disclosed their sales numbers or goals. And probably won't admit to either under or over selling either way.
