Remove The Shortcut Slideout Menu

Hi All,

Is there a quick or easy way to remove the slide out menu on the left side of the screen that has all the shortcuts to each station? I use the 6-dial sim feeling mod and its the only menu that is visable and since I never use it I would like to get rid of it.
