Thunder, lightning and rain, all on a clear cloudless day?

Using IuB 1.03 and for the first time i've seen, the sky is cloudless and blue with the sun shining brightly but there is rain and lightning at the same time. Just wondering if this is a known bug that anyone else has encountered?

I asked my WO for a weather check just to make sure it wasn't some kind of sun shower but he reported "clouds overcast, precipitation medium, fog heavy" ???

Very strange indeed.

(Just as an extra note, am using nVidia 6800 gt with the latest drivers. Have never had any graphical problems before)

What was your time compression at?

With some systems (mine included) going over 1024 TC causes this problem. Not certain why, but I have dropped my max TC to 1024 now and the problem hasn't recurred. Does make for looong cruises in the IXD2 though

Thanks for the reply. I only ever use 1024 tc max. I'll see how it goes, if it's a recurring problem might have to look at reinstalling mod/s.
