PC crash on exit.

When I clock on exit the game, the game asks me if im sure. I click yes. Then I get a blue screen and it tells me the PC needs to shur down to avoid damage. Im thinking is a graphics card issue, because the error message reads NV4_disp.dll.
It only happens sometimes, but definelty more times than not. The game hus always exited fine. The only thing I can think of that I changed recently was the installation of Grey Wolved mod......

that SOD (Screen of Death)

mostly means 2 things

Hardware's software problem:
re-install the driver and update it to the latest version

Hardware fried: this means ur Graphic card is damaged and causes a lot of problems.
