Default 3-D images of Japanese Warships

Good morning all, I am probably going about this all wrong but I just checked out a great site of a guy that does 3-D images of Japanese WW II ships. His work is outstanding. Just wish there was a way to have the DEV team consider using some of his images? Just a thought.
Check it out at... http://www.steelnavy.com/Akizuki3D.htm
Thanks

Much depends on what 3-D software tools were used in the rendering. If they don't match up with the SH4 dev crews
software, they can't be used....

Sweeeet! Thank for the link. Unfortunatelly, you cant get thislevel of detail in a game such as SHiV. Maybe a lower poly version :hmm: Lets see what the devs come up with...

Oh, and welcome to the forums mfykes

Looking forward to the day when we'll be able to see this kind of detail through the periscope (or from the bridge, or in free-cam, or...)

zaza.....the "h" in http is missing in your link. Just thought you should know.

Lovely graphics there. Must be quite the challenge building those complicated pagoda superstructures in 3-D.

Wow! I'd love to see the effect of shells and torpedoes on one of those.

Default Sure, need more AMD power to play SHIV :P

I can smell this, if SHIV comes with that type of Graphics, i am sure it gonna be HUG game to install..

2 DVD's to install(dual layer) lmao could be nice
1 DVD to play
HD require to install. above 15GB...
Require memorie to play 2GB more is better
GPX card, X1600 PCI-Express
Soundcard: 7:1
OS: XP home/pro or Windows Vista
resolution: 1024x768 32b or more

But i have to admit the models that y'all post looks awesome

Lovley renders hes got their - but the poly count would be WAAYYY to high for SH4, it would have to be lowered by about 70%
If SH4s modles are as detailed as the ones in PTboats: KOTS, i will happy with that.
